Studio Bookings.

For event-related bookings, please contact us via email. The following applies specifically to studio hire:

Important Information:

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Studio hire includes all lighting equipment and modifiers as outlined in the “Inclusions” section.

  • Need extras? Additional gear can be added once you’ve selected your time slot.

  • Please ensure your booking time includes setup and pack-down, as overtime will be charged per hour.

  • You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session — we’ll issue you a credit note valid for 30 days from your original date.

  • Changes made within 12 hours of your booking cannot be refunded or credited.

  • If, for any reason, we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued.

When is the studio available?

We're open 7 days a week, across all hours — just check the booking calendar for availability.

Can I view the space before booking?

Absolutely! Just send us an email to arrange a time.

Can I place a hold on a booking?

Yes — we can hold your preferred time slot for 24 hours. Please email us to lock it in.

Are bump-in and bump-out times included in the booking?

Yes, your booking window includes all setup and pack-down time.

Is parking available?

There's plenty of street parking around Crows Nest, especially in the nearby back lanes.

Do you have an in-house photographer?

We work with a range of creatives and are happy to recommend or help organise a photographer. Just reach out via email.

How does the self-shoot work?

You’ll get a private space with a self-timer camera setup — perfect for solo sessions and uninterrupted content creation.

Can I book both levels of the studio at once?

Definitely. We offer a package rate when booking both the upstairs and downstairs spaces together.

Do you offer lighting and equipment with the studio?

Yes — all lighting and modifiers listed under our “Inclusions” section are included in your hire. Additional equipment can be added when booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking. We’ll issue a credit note valid for 30 days. Bookings changed within 12 hours are non-refundable.

What if I need urgent or after-hours access?
